About Alexa
After experiencing chronic health issues since early childhood and experiencing a worsening of symptoms in my early 20’s, I began to look outside of the western medicine approach. For years I held on to the dream of feeling ease within my body. I found Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at a particular low point on my healing path and became fascinated by the medicine’s ancient wisdom.
I completed a four year clinical master’s degree in acupuncture with a specialization in Chinese herbal medicine from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, TX. I am a Tribal Detox certified Kambo practitioner and an advanced EFT practitioner.
Over the years, I have encountered a range of "diagnoses" and have repeatedly been humbled by physical symptoms. Each challenge has expanded my understanding and deepened my relationship with God who is the ultimate healer. Amazonian medicines, particularly Kambo, have played a vital role in strengthening me on multiple levels while going through these challenges. I am grateful to serve my communities in Wilmington, NC and Texas. Through my healing journey, I have developed a profound respect for the interconnectedness of emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
About Kitty
I was unwell for most of my childhood through my adult years, navigating a myriad of physical and mental health issues. It wasn’t until my late twenties that I began to get back to my instincts and experiment with holistic approaches. It was during this time that I was also searching for faith, something that became pivotal in my own healing journey. I soon realized that healing is not a linear path, there is no quick fix or magic bullet. Root-cause healing takes patience and a deep understanding of the connectedness of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT), KRI-certified kundalini yoga teacher, Tribal Detox kambo practitioner, and certified breathwork facilitator trained under Jon Paul Crimi.
I feel blessed to be able to share these healing gifts and earth medicines within our communities. By creating space to listen to what our bodies need, the mind calms and we’re able to take the next intuitive step towards balance and harmony within ourselves. My intention is to offer an integrative-practice rooted in truth and faith, where people can hear themselves again, remember their knowing, and heal.
About Kayla
Hi, I'm Kayla Hastings, and I'm passionate about offering a variety of healing modalities, tailored to wherever you are on your wellness or self-care journey. I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since early 2020, though my passion for the healing arts began much earlier, driven by a lifelong desire to help others.
Over the past five years, I’ve crafted a holistic practice that specializes in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, deep tissue massage, and yoga for self-healing. I'm also a Reiki Master/Teacher, Hatha and Kundalini yoga instructor (RYT), and a certified Kambo practitioner through Tribal Detox.
I'm deeply committed to helping people live pain-free in mind, body, and spirit. When we are free to express ourselves on all levels—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—we create a ripple effect that inspires others to get to the root of their pain, heal, and live authentic, fulfilling lives.
Outside of my work in the healing arts, you can find me at the beach, spending quality time with my brown fluffy dog, painting, or enjoying moments with friends. I look forward to connecting with you:)
