Offerings

The Art of Resting

With years of dedication to the healing arts, we have curated a diverse range of offerings designed to nurture, renew, and inspire. Here’s a glimpse into what you can expect:

Restorative Yoga

Unblocking Meridians and Restoring Yin Balance

Restorative yoga aligns with yin practices, using gentle, supported postures to activate the body’s meridian system. This practice encourages deep rest, replenishes yin energy, and promotes the flow of life force through the body's energy channels.

NADA Acupuncture

Balance Your Energy

NADA is a specific acupuncture protocol involving five points on the ear. This practice is designed to support detoxification, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity, making it a valuable tool for holistic healing.

Myofascial Release

Release Tension and Gain Mobility

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a therapeutic technique focused on relieving tension and restrictions throughout the connective tissues. Through gentle, sustained pressure, MFR helps to improve flexibility, alleviate pain, and enhance body awareness.

Breathwork

Explore the Power of Your Breath

Breathwork practices involve conscious control of the breath to promote relaxation, clarity, and emotional release. These techniques can help reduce stress, enhance mental focus, and connect you more deeply with your inner self.

Qigong

Enhancing Energy Flow to Vital Organs

Qigong is a gentle, meditative practice that combines movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to cultivate energy flow, balance, and overall well-being, promoting vitality in the body's organs.

Integration

Practices Embody Your Experiences

Integration practices help you incorporate and apply insights and experiences gained during the retreat into your daily life. Through guided reflection, journaling, and supportive discussions, we assist you in making lasting, positive changes and memories.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Learn How to Regulate Your Emotions

EFT Tapping combines elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure to address emotional blocks and stress. By tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on distressing emotions or thoughts, this technique helps to release negative energy and promote emotional balance.

Sound Healing

Surrender in Sound Waves

Sound Healing utilizes the therapeutic power of sound frequencies to promote relaxation and healing. Through the use of gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments, this practice helps to balance energy, release tension, and foster a deep sense of peace.

We will be serving organic and nourishing meals throughout the day during the retreat, eating family style. We created this menu inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, as food is thought of as medicine.

The menu will be announced closer to the date. Coffee, tea cakes and herbal teas will be available in between meals.

Our Friendship Story

Kitty and Alexa first crossed paths in Costa Rica in 2019, when Kitty was hosting a women’s retreat. At the time, Alexa was navigating a challenging period in her life and immediately felt drawn to Kitty’s warm and vibrant energy. It didn’t take long for us to realize how much we had in common, particularly our shared experiences as women in the healing arts.

Kitty met Kayla during massage therapy school, where a deep connection formed almost instantly. They exchanged numbers, became fast friends, and found themselves sharing every continuing education opportunity together.

The three of us first came together at one of Alexa’s legendary gatherings, where Kayla and Alexa quickly formed a strong bond. Over time, our friendships grew into something truly special—a deep and authentic sisterhood. Through life’s highs and lows, we’ve supported each other with love and laughter. Our bond became a profound source of healing, creating a safe space where we nurture each other’s growth, find strength through life’s challenges, and, most importantly, have fun!

As our lives became busier and more complex, our time together served as a much-needed reminder to slow down, reflect, and recharge. These moments of reconnection inspired us to create a space where others could experience the same sense of renewal and support.

This retreat was born from our desire to share the joy and healing we’ve discovered in our friendship, along with the tools we’ve gathered along our journeys. We’ve created a retreat that embodies the values we hold dear: a deep connection to God, a sense of community that honors personal sovereignty, and empowering self-care practices. This space is a reflection of our journey together and our commitment to offering a sanctuary where others can step away from the demands of everyday life and find true renewal.
